Clare & Clarke Coordinates Lifestyle Image Curtains with table

Once you've received your beautiful new made to measure items, we recommend installing them as follows:

Curtains:

Eyelet
•    Remove finial from one end of eyelet pole and thread the eyelets along the length of the pole.
•    Reattach the finial and return pole to the brackets, ensuring the last eyelet is beyond the bracket on the finial side so curtains are anchored and won’t slide the full width of the pole
•    Curtains will naturally fold in to place

Pencil Pleat
•    All pencil pleat curtains are delivered with the tape pulled in to your supplied measurements.
•    Using an even number of curtain hooks for each curtain, matching the number of runners on your track or pole, insert the hooks spaced apart equally in to the header tape.
•    Hook the curtains in to the track or pole runners and curtains will naturally fall in to their pleats.

Pinch Pleat Curtains
•    Our pinch pleat curtains have plastic, movable hooks sewn in to each pleat.
•    Hook the curtains in to the track or pole runners and curtains will naturally fall in to their pleats.

Blinds:

All made to measure blinds are supplied on the track ready to be installed.
All tracks are supplied with brackets which are to be fitted to the wall (or ceiling if ceiling mounted) and track secured in place, clicking in to the brackets.  If fitting an external roman blind we recommend fitting to a wooden baton to add additional support to your wall.

How to care for your curtains and blinds:

Please be aware curtains may be delivered with fold lines due to packaging and shipping constraints.  Once curtains are hanging, these lines should naturally drop away.
We recommend dry clean only for your made to measure curtains to keep them at their best.
Some readymade curtains can be washed at home, please refer to the care label supplied.

We offer a curtain and blind fitting service across Central Scotland.  Please contact us on 0141 221 6486 for more information or email us at [email protected]
